Returns are welcome on unused, unwashed and undamaged items up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Trejoï does not accept returns for the following products:
- Toys and Beds due to hygiene reasons
- Grooming products which have had the seal broken
- Food items which have been opened
- Used products, where Trejoï reserves the right to determine whether an item has been used
- Products which have the packaging or tags removed
- Products purchased from another source other than our website, www.trejoi.com
- Products deemed to be in unsellable conditions, where Trejoï reserves the right to determine whether an item has been washed
