BeG Buddy’s “Ach Du Z-Schreck” fur spray for dogs is our favourite of the season! Sprayed onto the fur when dry, the spray helps prevent insects.

Did you know that e.g. B. Ticks, after “biting” a dog, can transmit dangerous pathogens after just a few hours? If you ever find a docked tick, remove it immediately and check the puncture site for anything unusual. The sooner a tick is removed, the better!

With BeG Buddy’s “Ach Du Z-Schreck” fur spray you care for your dog’s fur and have effective tick protection. However, you should still check your buddy for ticks after every walk.

• Store in a cool place.
• Spray applied lasts about 3-4 days. If the animal goes swimming in the meantime or gets wet due to rain, apply again to dry fur.
• Use biocidal products carefully. Always read label and product information before use.
• If your dog finds spraying noises unpleasant: The spray can also be applied to the palms of the hands and then rubbed into the dog’s fur.
• Cuddling is easily possible again.

How often do I have to apply the tick spray?

After use, the spray remains in the dog’s fur for around 3-4 days. If your dog gets wet in between bathing or a rain shower, please reapply when dry. In peak times, we recommend applying the spray daily to protect against ticks.

What does the spray smell like?

The tick repellent has an intensely good smell. It smells a bit like lemon. The “deterrent” smell is necessary to help deter pests.

Can ticks bite my dog ​​after using the spray?

Even though our spray is an official tick repellent with the active ingredient geraniol, no product provides 100% tick or insect protection. If you want to effectively protect your buddy from ticks, you also have to check their fur regularly.
